What are the shipping charges for WHOLESALE ORDERS?

A: Shipping charges will be added to the final invoice once the goods are packed and ready for shipment. Items will normally be shipped via FEDEX / UPS Ground for the 48 contiguous states.

 

What is the delivery time for WHOLESALE ORDERS?
A: Delivery time depends on the Brand and Availability of product. This can vary from 2-6 weeks. Once an order is placed we will keep you informed about the actual delivery time.

Q: How does the shipping work at MiamiWatches.Net?

A: At present MiamiWatches.Net provides ONLY standard shipping with any domestic orders within the United States. This method is shipped via USPS.

Every item shipped from us is fully insured via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note, delivery time for standard shipping can range from 1 – 7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email when this information becomes available in our system. This will also indicate which carrier was used.

 

Q: Do you ship to POBoxes?

A: Yes. However, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes If you submit an order to a PO Box your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

 

Q: What are your shipping and delivery times?

A: All of our orders will be processed and will ship within 3-4 business days (ONLY FOR ITEMS IN STOCK). Please note MiamiWatches.Net will process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.

Also, all items are inspected three times (once by the factory or our distributors, once when it arrives at our warehouse, and once before it is shipped) to ensure its condition, quality and accuracy prior to shipment.

If we discover that the item is damaged, defective or out of stock, we will notify you and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order or purchase a different watch if you so desire.

Delivery estimates:

For Standard Shipment: Order Date + Processing Time (3-4 business days) + Shipping Time (5 - 7 days business)

 

Q: Will I have to sign for my package?

A: Orders shipped may require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the driver to make alternative arrangements.

 

Q: My tracking number says my package is delivered, but I do not have it. What should I do?

A: If your package shows delivered but you do not have it, there are a few steps to take before contacting us. First, you will need to look around your house, check with neighbors or a front office area if you live in an apartment/condo complex to see if you can locate the package. If you still cannot locate the package, you should contact the local USPS, UPS or FedEx to see if they are holding your package at their location.

In the unlikely event that you still cannot locate the package, you will then need to contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure to have the name on the account and/or order number ready and available.

 

Q: What is your shipping guide?

A: MiamiWatches.Net offers same day shipping on most orders if we receive and process your credit card before 12:30PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:30PM EST, placed on Saturday, or placed on Sunday will usually be processed and shipped the following business day.
